Yes you can change you shipping adress in your account details. In case you purchased a product at a different shipping adress and it is shipping please contact us at info@izabelhair.com. You order is very likely to return to sender at this case, that is why you should keep an eye at tracking info. If it returns to us we will resent it again.

Can I change my order or cancel it?

At the moment your order is placed we are making it ready immediately fast. That is why we can't make any changes at the last moment. Since this is a pre-decided workflow process. That is why please, review everything before making an order. But you can still return your order by contacting at info@izabelhair.com. Buyer pays for the return, it should be within 30 days, unopened and damaged in this case.
